The birth announcement must be sent within 14 days after birth. When the birth registration is made, the person who is the owner of the mare at the time of the birth of the foal is considered by the Studbook to be the breeder of the foal. You must always send the form of the breeding agreement that you have received from the stallion holder to the PSHT. The PSHT should receive the form for live foals, but also from dead born foals, from spontaneous abortions. For registration of your foal you can always contact the studbook even if you want to get a passport for the foal
